  1. 📦 1. Delivery area

    We deliver exclusively within Germany, to the German mainland. Delivery to German islands is excluded. Orders with a delivery address on a German island or outside of Germany may be cancelled by us.

    ℹ️ Special combination rules

    If several product types are ordered together, the higher shipping costs of the affected product groups always apply.

    For orders of floor coverings over €500, shipping costs are waived for the entire order (including corners and Modular Wall).

    This excludes sample decors : For more than three samples, the surcharge of €2.00 per additional sample still applies.

  2. 🛒 4. Shipping method / Transport damage

    The goods will be delivered by parcel service or freight carrier, depending on the size, quantity, and weight of the ordered products. We select the carrier ourselves as needed. Please inspect the goods for visible damage upon delivery and have the delivery driver confirm this in writing. Any concealed transport damage must be reported to us in writing within 7 days.

  3. ⚖️ 5. Transfer of Danger

    For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods only passes to the customer upon actual delivery.
    For entrepreneurs, the risk passes to them as soon as the goods are handed over to the transport company.

  4. 🔄 6. Dropshipping

    The goods are sometimes shipped directly from the manufacturer or logistics partner. However, Laminatwunder – a brand of Bodendepot Schäfer eK – remains your sole contractual partner and point of contact.

  5. ➗ 7. Partial deliveries

    Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for the customer. They are usually announced in advance.

  6. ⏳ 8. Delivery delays

    Should an ordered product become temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately and offer you alternatives or the cancellation of the order, if applicable.

  7. 🏠 9. Shipping

    If shipping via parcel service is not possible, delivery will be made by a freight forwarding company. The freight forwarding company will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery date.
    Therefore, we need your phone number and email address during the ordering process.
    Delivery is made to the curb (i.e., to the property line).
